Poppy is one of a litter of 11 kittens that someone abandoned at our feeding spot at the park on the 8th of June. There were so many of them that we couldn't fit them into any of our foster homes, so we tried to take care of them at the park the best we could. When their numbers started to dwindle and ended up in only eight survivors, Marina ordered them to be brought to her on the 26th of June. One of the kittens turned out to be too wild to catch, but the other seven are now searching for their homes in Finland. They are brave, social and playful, all of them. Now three months old Poppy will come to Finland and straight to her home dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV in September. Can be adopted to befriend another cat or with another one of our organization's cats. Has to be spayed by her people at the appropriate age.

Ray appeared at our friend Nicoletta's gate with his brother Charles, a few days before him, on the 24th of June. Both had lost their eyesight and needed urgent eye removals, though only one at first to reduce the time under anesthesia for such small kittens. Charles can likely see some light and shadows with his remaining eye, so we are aiming to preserve it. The remaining one of Ray's will be removed when he is neutered before their flight. The boys will come to Finland and straight to their home together neutered, dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV in September.

Grace was born outside a lunch spot Valeria frequents in the beginning of April and was found laying on the ground on the 24th of June. Valeria rushed the girl to her home and gave her first aid the best she could. Next morning the vet diagnosed her with dehydration, anemia and parvo. Grace went through several hospitalizations, but ended up surviving against all odds. Now four months old Grace is a sweetheart, kind, cuddly and shy. She will come to Finland and straight to her home neutered, dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV in the end of September, earliest. Can be adopted to befriend another cat or with another one of our organization's cats.

River was born outside a lunch spot Valeria frequents in the beginning of April and after appearing didn't let anyone close to him for many weeks. On the 6th of July however this suddenly changed and River was doing circles around our feet like asking for help – something had caused him a burn injury the size of his whole stomach, which needed urgent medical attention. Luckily the closest clinic took him in immediately even though it was past opening hours. Now four months old River is a sweet boy, the most affectionate little lap cat. He will come to Finland and straight to his home dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV in August. Can be adopted to befriend another cat or with another one of our organization's cats. Has to be neutered by his people at the appropriate age. 

Pitsi's foster mom found Bribri outside a shop by the main road in Anthoúpoli, so close to the traffic that she took him in straight away. Bribri is a playful boy, a bit shy but very affectionate. Still under three months old Bribri has gotten used to a fenced in yard in his foster home so he's searching for a home with a catio well in advance. Bribri will come to Finland and straight to his home dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV at the side of September. Can be adopted to befriend another cat or with another one of our organization's cats. Has to be neutered by his people at the appropriate age. 

Sarita is one of a litter of five that a feral mom brought to our friend Ellie's backyard on the 11th of April. Ellie tried to catch the mom so she could have been spayed, but got bitten badly and the mom has barely been seen since. The kittens Ellie took inside at once, since all the previous babies of this mother have died one way or another and she couldn't bear to see this happen again. Xathos, Snicker, Moustafa, Miro and Sarita were all feral for the first two months until Ellie tamed them to be the most brave, social little bunch of little ones. Used to children and dogs also. Sarita is the only girl of the bunch and all about playing and exploring. She is a bit of a quiet girl, very small and easygoing. Now six months old Sarita came to Finland and foster care in Kerava spayed, dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV on the 22nd of August. Can be adopted to befriend another cat or with another one of our organization's cats. 

Snicker is one of a litter of five that a feral mom brought to our friend Ellie's backyard on the 11th of April. Ellie tried to catch the mom so she could have been spayed, but got bitten badly and the mom has barely been seen since. The kittens Ellie took inside at once, since all the previous babies of this mother have died one way or another and she couldn't bear to see this happen again. Xathos, Snicker, Moustafa, Miro and Sarita were all feral for the first two months until Ellie tamed them to be the most brave, social little bunch of little ones. Used to children and dogs also. Snicker is the shyest of the bunch and took the longest to come around. Now he is very cuddly, but doesn't demand the affection like his brother Xathos does. For easy distinction from the rest he is semi long haired. Now six months old Snicker will come to Finland and foster care in Kerava neutered, dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV on the 27th of August. Can be adopted to befriend another cat or with another one of our organization's cats.

Matisse was found abandoned with his brother Bizet at our feeding spot at the park in the middle of May, approximately 5-6 weeks old. Both of the brothers have a birth defect in their outer ears, but this is only cosmetic and doesn't bother them at all. When found Matisse also had a deformed and badly infected right front paw for which he needed hospitalization before getting to foster care. The paw is still a bit quirky, but healthy and doesn't bother him. Now four months old Matisse is a sweet and brave boy, who likes attention a lot. He will come to Finland and straight to his home dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV on the 15th of September. Can be adopted to befriend another cat or with another one of our organization's cats. Has to be neutered by his people at the appropriate age.

Thanos was born in one of the cat colonies we spay, neuter and feed by an army camp. A new stray appeared heavily pregnant and managed to sneak in to one of the offices, where she gave birth to her litter of four under a table. The woman whose desk it was ended up taking the whole family into foster care. The mom was adopted by her and one of the kittens by her brother. The three remaining boys are now searching for their homes in Finland. They are playful and affectionate if a bit shy with strangers at first. They are coming to Finland and straight to their homes dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV on the 29th of September. Can be adopted to befriend another cat or with another one of our organization's cats. Have to be neutered by their people at the appropriate age. 

Amir was found abandoned and sick at the population we feed at the park, from where Krista picked him up on the 28th of September. Stray cat number 8 as he was called was taken to the vet to be treated and almost ended up back on the streets because of his size until Marina stepped in and decided to foster him until he would be ready to find his home in Finland. Now a year old Amir is a bit of a shy boy who will need time and understanding from his people in the beginning. Very affectionate he is still, when he gathers the courage and such a sweetheart altogether. Speaks cat very well and gets along with others no matter what kind or age they are. Used to dogs as well. Amir loves being outside but is not suitable for leash walking, so a home with a catio would be his dream come true. Amir came to Finland and foster care in Kerava neutered, dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV on the 11th of December.
