CATS SEARCHING FOR HOMES

More info on our adoption process and a link to the home check form here.

We have more cats in foster care waiting for their homes than are up here at all times. Ask!

Robin is searching for a home! Robin was abandoned at our feeding spot at the park in the beginning of September when he was just two months old and in very poor condition. Because our foster homes were full of kittens even smaller than him and in condition more severe than his, Robin was returned to the park after a week at the vet's. At the end of October however his condition suddenly crashed, so he was taken off the streets again. His blood was pale pink and he had barely any white cells left. After two days at the vet he was barely conscious and we didn't think he'd survive at all. His diagnosis was hemolytic anemia, a condition in which red blood cells are destroyed faster than the bone marrow can replace them. A blood transfusion saved him in the end and now he is a six and a half months old, healthy boy. Robin has a calm, gentle and sweet character. He will come to Finland and straight to his home neutered, dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV in March. Can be adopted to befriend another cat or with another one of our organization's cats. Would love to be adopted together with Nancy (below).

Nancy is searching for a home! Nancy appeared at our feeding spot at the park when she was three months old and in poor condition on the 27th of October, so she was taken straight to the vet. Now six months old Nancy doesn't – at least yet – care to be picked up, but is otherwise nothing but love; she follows people everywhere, weaves their legs as they walk, rubs her head against their hands and is always looking for just one more cuddle. On her left eye Nancy has a little clouding from a corneal ulcer she has had in the past, but it does not bother her. She will come to Finland and straight to her home spayed, dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV in March. Can be adopted to befriend another cat or with another one of our organization's cats. Would love to be adopted together with Robin (above).

Gustavo is searching for a new home! Gustavo is one of Alisa's, a mother our friend Evgenia took from the streets of Limassol, kittens and the last one of the siblings without a home. Now a bit under two years old Gustavo is a terribly sweet boy who loves people very much. He came to Finland and straight to his home neutered, dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV on the 11th of March 2025. Gustavo was returned to the organization in December after losing his friend. Can be adopted to befriend another playful cat or with another one of our organization's cats.

Ron and Shon are searching for a home together! Now a year and a half old brothers Ron (brown and white) and Shon (black) were two out of three newborns who someone had thrown to a trash can inside a plastic bag on the 16th of July 2024. One had already passed away when our friend Viktoria got to them but Ron and Shon she took into foster. Ron is a gentle boy who gives space to other cats and hid under the couch for the first few days after switching his foster home to Finland. The whole time he loved to get attention but felt safer observing his new surroundings from there. Shon took the change easier and didn't hide at all. Where Ron doesn't argue with anyone, Shon growled and hissed at every new face in the beginning. Affectionate boys both, Ron a lapcat, Shon more independent. They came to Finland and foster care in Kerava neutered, dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV on the 6th of November. Can be adopted only together.

Rafi is searching for a new home! Rafi was born in one of the cat colonies we spay, neuter and feed by an army camp. There are stray dogs prowling around this area as well who naturally chase and kill the cats, so when Rafi and her siblings were discovered an urgent attempt at finding a foster home was made. Unfortunately in the end Rafi was the lone survivor after climbing inside a car's engine. The car belonged to Rafaela and that is how Rafi got her name. Now a little under two years old Rafi came to Finland and straight to her home dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV in August 2024. She returned to the organization to search for a new home in December 2025 after her family broke up. Can be adopted to befriend another cat or with another one of our organization's cats. Spayed.

Hope and Taz are searching for a home together! Now two years old Hope was found on the streets of Limassol so heavily pregnant that our friend Evgenia took her indoors to give birth to her seven little ones. One of these is now a little over a year-old Taz, a sweet and affectionate, brave boy. Hope has given space to other cats in her foster home and has remained a shy girl, who will need time and understanding from her people. Hope and Taz are searching for a home together and will come to Finland and straight to theirs spayed, neutered, dewormed, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV and FeLV when their home and flight have been found.
